Experimental composers Klimchak (Atlanta GA) and Andrew Levine (Hamburg Germany) have teamed up to bring a special evening to SHAMc. Both musicians play Theremin, the eerie early 20th century instrument that is a part of so many science fiction and horror movie scores. And the only thing better than a theremin is duelling theremins. They will do a set together featuring 2 of these rare and difficult to play instruments. Klimchak will also do a solo performance featuring his collection of homemade percussion instruments. Levine will do a set featuring Theremin and STEIM Cracklebox.
